*Registrations are transferable, but non-refundable (for any reason). To transfer your registration to another person, please contact The D6 Conference at 800.877.7030.

*Registration Includes attendance to the main event conference on September 16 – 17, D6 program magazine, a bag full of cool stuff, lanyard, and name badge. The registration price does not include lodging, transportation, or meals. The PreCon Labs on September 15, are an optional, add-on to the main event.

*FastTrack On-Site Check-In: Every group (or an individual who does not come as a part of a group) who completes their registration profile (meaning that each person in your group has a first name, last name, their own email address, and a job title) by August 3 by Midnight Central Time Zone, will qualify for the FastTrack On-Site Check-In. Basically this means that you will receive your Name Tag, Lanyard, and Info Card in the mail in advance and will not have to wait in long lines once you arrive at the conference and will only be required to “Check In” at the event. This is a huge time saver! So, complete your group’s registration profile early (by August 3), and you will save time on-site.

*Promotional Use Agreement of your Photo, Image, or Likeness: At the D6 Conference (both the PreCon Labs and the Main Event) we capture images and video footage of our attendees while in participation of the event. Videos, photographs, and audio sound bites are captured of our attendees and are used in upcoming promotional materials, social media, and marketing collateral. By registering to participate in and attend the 2010 D6 Conference, you are giving permission on behalf of each individual in your group to Randall House, D6 Family, and the D6 Conference to use your picture in future promotions.

*The PreCon Labs on September 15, 2010 are on a first come first serve basis and are a $99 add to the Main Event Conference which is on September 16 – 17, 2010. We do anticipate the Labs to sell out before the conference begins.

*Payments may be processed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Check. For credit card payment processing, the full amount of your registration will be charged and processed to your account at the time that you register. Checks are due (at the latest) by September 15, 2010 8:30 AM for PreCon Lab attendees and by September 16, 2010 8:30 AM for all Main Event attendees.
