*D6 Conference Main Event Registrations are nonrefundable. In the event a registrant cannot attend the conference his or her registration may be transferred to another person or forwarded to the 2014 conference. Requests to forward a registration must be submitted in writing to the D6 Conference team (Randall House) by September 1, 2013. Transfers can be made at any time prior to the conference. *D6 Conference PreCon Lab Registrations and Intensives are nonrefundable. In the event a registrant cannot attend the PreCon Labs or Intensives his or her registration may be transferred to another person within the group, but will not be forwarded to the next year’s conference. For help or questions about PreCon or Intensives registration or transferring a registration simply call 800.877.7030 or email us at info@d6conference.com.

*D6 Louisville Conference Registration includes entry to the Main Event conference on October 17-18, 2013, a D6 program magazine, a bag full of cool stuff, lanyard, and name badge. The registration price does not include lodging, transportation, or meals. The PreCon Labs on October 16 are an optional add-on to the Main Event.

*D6 Dallas Conference Registration includes entry to the One Day Event on September 26, 2013, a D6 program magazine, a bag full of cool stuff, lanyard, and name badge. The registration price does not include lodging, transportation, or meals. The Intensives on September 25 or 26 are an optional add-on to the One Day Event.

*FastTrack On-Site Check-In: Every group or individual (those not registered with a group) who completes the registration profile (meaning that each person in your group has provided a first name, last name, personal email address, and a job title) by midnight (central standard time) August 6, 2013, will qualify for the FastTrack On-Site Check-In. Basically this means you will receive your Name Tag, Lanyard, and Info Card in advance and will not have to wait in long lines once you arrive at the conference. Groups who qualify for the FastTrack On-Site Check-in will only be required to have your group leader “check-in” at the event. This is a huge time saver! So, complete your group’s registration profile early (by August 6), and you will save time on-site.

*Promotional Use Agreement of your Photo, Image, or Likeness: At the D6 Conferences (PreCon Labs, Intensives, and both Main Events) we capture images and video footage of our attendees while in participation of the event. Videos, photographs, and audio sound bites of our attendees may be used in upcoming promotional materials, social media, and marketing collateral. By registering for the 2013 D6 Conference, you are giving permission on behalf of each individual in your group to Randall House, D6 Family, and the D6 Conference to use pictures, videos, or audio sound bites in future promotions.

*Student registrations are required to scan and email a copy of a current student ID from your undergraduate, graduate, or high school institution. Send that email & image to david.womack@randallhouse.com.

*The Louisville PreCon Labs are on a first come first served basis and are a $119 add-on to the Main Event Conference. We do anticipate the Labs will sell out in 2013 before the conference begins.

*The Dallas Intensives are on a first come first served basis and are a $49 add-on to the One Day Conference. We do anticipate the Intensives will sell out in 2013 before the conference begins.

*Payments may be processed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or by Check. For credit card payments, the full amount of your registration will be charged and processed to your account at the time you register. Checks are due (at the latest) for Dallas by September 25, 2013 5:00 pm and for Louisville by October 16 at 8:30 am. Thank you. We look forward to seeing you at the event.
